Project
Villa Sonnenberg is a bespoke single-family home situated in the prestigious Dolder quarter of Zurich, developed by SPM in 2014. The project represents a meticulous architectural intervention within one of the city's most leafy, residential neighbourhoods. The design responds sensitively to the sloping terrain and surrounding mature tree cover, integrating both building and landscape. A discreet lift connects all levels, and elegant interiors include timber floors and spaces with open flow that lead onto vast scenic terraces.
